We seek a passionate Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager to join our team. We need someone with big ideas who wants to build lasting change and opportunity. The ideal person is a creative problem solver with an incredible bias for action and a desire to build diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams. As a key player in our team, you will travel and coordinate our participation at national conferences, serving as the face of our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Your Impact:

The Senior Program Manager will lead recruiting programs to attract a diverse candidate pool, cultivate external partnerships, and implement success metrics. Reporting to the Diversity Acquisition Leader, they will address challenges in diverse candidate recruitment through influence and collaboration, working with internal and external partners to enhance our staffing goals and elevate the T. Rowe Price workplace.

The Senior Program Manager is expected to be a positive relationship manager and outstanding communicator who can lead sophisticated projects with a variety of partners, both internally and externally. Highlights of the role include:

  • Research and recommend impactful partnerships, events, and tools to tap into diverse candidate pools.

  • Build and nurture talent pipelines that are inclusive of underrepresented talent.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inclusive employer branding material.

  • Provide training to hiring teams on mitigating biases throughout the recruitment process.

  • Encourage and moderate open and practical conversations to lead departments, teams, and individuals to better understand diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.

Required:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent and 5 + years of experience demonstrating strategic thinking and the ability to gain support for ideas and initiatives.

  • Data analysis and insights: Tracking and utilizing data to drive recommendations and decision-making.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills through written and oral channels, showcasing proficiency in crafting clear and concise messages via PowerPoint.

  • Flexibility for travel and willingness to work evening hours and some weekends throughout the year.

Prefer:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience

  • Investment Management, Management Consulting, or Financial Services experience is desirable.

  • Program management experience leading multiple programs from start to finish, focusing on DEI event programming.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
