Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Location: Hybrid 

HOURLY RANGE: $76.65- $92.80

Summary of Position:

The Program Manager, Electric Operations Strategy leads the planning, governance, and execution of a portfolio of strategic initiatives, programs, pilots, projects that advance Electric Operations priorities. This role serves as a critical bridge between strategy and execution-providing structure, discipline, and crossfunctional coordination to ensure initiatives are prioritized effectively, delivered on schedule, and scaled for sustained operational impact. The Program Manager partners closely with operations SMEs, data/digital teams, and executive stakeholders to drive performance transparency, resolve crossorganizational dependencies, and translate leadership direction into measurable, repeatable outcomes.This is a fast-paced, high-impact and high-visibility role that puts this individual right in the center of the Electric strategy org, to enable catastrophic wildfire risk reduction, climate adaptation, climate mitigation, and improved affordability for the customers that PG&E has the privilege to serve.This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business need. Travel Estimated at 1 day out of the work week to report to office locations within(but not limited to) the bay area.Responsibilities

Help define scope, conduct discovery, and align objectives of initiatives Support project/initiative planning end to end Align on roles and responsibilities with partners and relevant cross-functional PG&E teams Maintain ongoing communications cadence with partner organizations Identify, analyze, and address project performance issues Ensure quality of project delivery, troubleshooting with pilot partners as needed to accomplish project goals Track and review project deliverables Communicate project status to internal stakeholders on regular basis Coordinate partner projects with PG&E operations as needed Assess project risk and develop contingency plans; and identify and communicate lessons learned and best practices Manage and accountable for technical implementation plan across projects

Create executive level power point presentations Coordinate and participate in field visits Support with various ad-hoc requests supporting Electric Operations Strategy team

Qualifications

Minimum: 4-6 years of experience managing programs/projects of related or relevant experience Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business Experience leading or supporting programs, initiatives, or portfolios within operations, strategy, or operational excellence functions Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams or initiatives simultaneously Experience working in a crossfunctional, matrixed environment with operations and business stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting leadershiplevel updates and decisionmakingDesired: Background in utility, wildfire, forestry, and/or climate PMP Certifications Ability to work effectively with senior staff members and management Ability to effectively collaborate with external regulatory, governmental, business or customer groups
