Job description

Salary: $24.00 per hour

EA Family Services is seeking a Wraparound Parent Partner serving families in the Butte/Yuba/Sutter area. This candidate must have lived experience through child welfare, juvenile probation, special education, or behavioral or mental health. EA is a non-profit foster family agency with offices throughout Northern California. We have provided safe and caring homes for foster youth as well as support for our young adults who are transitioning out of foster care for the past 40 years.


Responsibilities:
The Parent Partner mentors' parents and caregivers with guidance, empathy, and hope from their own experiences. As a Wraparound team member, they build trusting relationships, help navigate systems, prepare for meetings, strengthen bonds, and find sustainable support.


Qualifications:

  • Lived experience in receiving services through child welfare, juvenile probation, special education, or behavioral or mental health.
  • FBI, DOJ, Child Abuse Index Clearance (CAIC), Health Screening, and TB clearance
  • Current Drivers License and clean driving record
