This is an outside sales position that blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management. You will maximize your success by leveraging internal warm leads, company-provided lead pipelines, and traditional self-generation techniques to close residential HVAC and water heater opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Selling:Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and established customers.
  • Customer Experience Champion:Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
  • Sales Generation:Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
  • Onsite Collaboration:Partner with our technical team members during site visits to ensure solutions are perfectly tailored to the home's requirements, fostering a 100% satisfaction experience.
  • Industry Expertise:Remain a market expert, staying updated on the latest trends, energy-efficient technology, and innovative service methods.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Education:High school degree or GED required. A Bachelor's degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
  • Experience:2+ years of proven sales experience, with a preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
