VALD is seeking an additional team member for our warehouse and operations team in Charlotte NC.

About the VALD Warehouse and Operations Team

This is a full-time, permanent role in a fast-paced environment, involving the building, programming and calibration of products, alongside responsibility for warehouse organisation, stock rotation and maintaining high standards of product and workspace presentation.

The US Warehouse team is also responsible for interstate fulfilments and communications with a range of stakeholders. Our team is physically fit with can do attitudes, multi skilled and able to perform a wide range of warehouse duties. Our hardware is truly unique and you will receive on the job training to bring you up to speed with our best practices and systems.

Is this you?

  • Physically unrestricted to work in a warehouse environment (Charlotte Office).
  • Strong Mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem solve.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing and production principles, including safety and safe work practices.
  • Good time management and housekeeping skills, and able to multitask.
  • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
  • You have full working rights in the USA, and no restrictions to travel to the VALD HQ in Australia if onboarding is required.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes.
  • Experience with hand and power tools and experience in a component assembly role.
