We're looking for an experienced, motivated Operations Assistant to work closely with our Operations Manager/Owner and take on a key, hands-on role in crop production and day-to-day farm operations. This is a full-time, year-round position with real variety day to day, real responsibility, and real room to grow your skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What We're Looking For

โ€ข 2+ years of crop operations experience
โ€ข Application/sprayer experience and certification preferred
โ€ข Class A CDL preferred, or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe, we'll help you get there
โ€ข A valid driver's license, maintained throughout employment
โ€ข Familiarity with farm equipment technology a plus, John Deere monitors and precision ag experience especially welcome
