We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Assistant to work closely with the Operations Manager/Owner and play a key, hands-on role in crop production and day-to-day farm operations. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- 2+ years of crop operations experience
- Application/sprayer experience and certification preferred
- Class A CDL preferred, or the ability to successfully obtain within a specified timeframe
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
- Experience with farm equipment technology preferred; familiarity with John Deere monitors and precision agriculture technology is a plus
