Now Hiring: General Manager - Design Operations Assistant


PURPOSE OF POSITION /SUMMARY

This administrative role based at the Corporate office, reports to the VP of Design Center Operations and supports the Design team across all communities. Responsibilities include updating and managing options in Envision, creating and maintaining collateral, and performing in-depth analysis to identify discrepancies and improve consistency across departments and systems. The role also includes data entry accuracy and quality control, vendor and manufacturer coordination to keep specs and links current, sample orders and coordination, and version control to ensure collateral and workbooks reflect the most current approved options. Additional duties as assigned.


PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Provide support to the Design teams at all sites โ€“ create and maintain collateral, create training documents, troubleshoot system problems, order and facilitate samples, and confirm procedures and policies. Bring issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain and update Envision. Update photos, product creation and manufacturer links. Work with the Envision Support Team to improve buyer experience.
  • Research and analyze issues โ€“ discrepancies between PlanGrid, interactive floorplans, marketing/sales minis, iDesigner, collateral, Robson website, option verbiage, and options costs/pricing. Provide detailed breakdown of the issue and potential resolution(s) for appropriate department(s).
  • Troubleshoot flooring and countertop workbook and selection sheets.


EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/COMPUTER/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years design center or product experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or experience
  • Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Publisher
