  • Maintain business systems, operational documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in both the US and UK to deliver business objectives and support continued growth.

What You'll Bring:
  • Previous experience as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and production support processes would be an advantage.
  • Experience supporting HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, or employee relations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite experience is highly desirable).
  • Experience with production planning or scheduling systems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety practices is preferred.
  • A proactive, hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships across departments and with international colleagues.

Why Join Photocentric as our Production Manager?
At Photocentric, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing international manufacturing business. You'll work alongside passionate, supportive teams in both the US and UK, helping shape the future of our operations while developing your own career.

We offer:
  • Competitive salary.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid vacation and company holidays.
  • Monday-Friday daytime schedule (no regular weekend work).
  • Modern, clean, air-conditioned manufacturing facility.
  • A collaborative, supportive team environment.
  • Opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and business growth.
  • The chance to work with innovative technologies in advanced manufacturing and 3D printing.

If you're ready to take ownership of operations, lead a high-performing team, and be part of an innovative global company, we'd love to hear from you.
