Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Developer for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Citi Management Dashboarding and Data Analytics projects, delivering comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) solutions tailored for Risk business needs. Monitor BI application usage patterns to provide actionable insights and recommend enhancements for improved user experience and deeper analytical capabilities. Support BI reporting functions by designing, developing, and deploying high-impact Tableau dashboards for Risk senior management. Architect robust system solutions for dashboard data sourcing and pipelines, leveraging technologies such as Tableau Prep, Python (PySpark), and Hadoop/EAP platforms. Contribute to the analysis and preparation of comprehensive risk reports for internal management, regulators, and auditors, covering USPB Risk and Wealth Risk businesses. This includes managing reports on portfolio concentrations, limit exceptions, stress testing, loss reserves, and high-risk exposures. Collaborate with key stakeholders to support and advance project development, providing strategic risk analytics and information management across Citibank products. Lead the project management of various deliverables for the Portfolio Risk Review chapter, including the rationalization of End User Computing (EUCs) for Portfolio Risk Reviews. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in position offered or as Manager - Projects, Consultant, Technical Specialist, or related occupation planning and designing reporting projects and solutions for Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting and data engineering business's need. 5 years of experience must include: Utilizing Tableau Suite, Python (PYSpark), Datameer, Hadoop, MicoStrategy Desktop Integrity Manager, Mobile Server, Web, and Architect; Developing dashboard for both Web and Mobile; Data modeling and setting up data pipelines; and Tuning report performance to ensure compliance with business standards.
