About the Company


We are seeking a Senior Contract Product Manager to serve as an execution engine and bandwidth multiplier for the BEX Whole Trip, Lodging, and Families workstream. This individual will lead cross-functional delivery across multiple teams, ensuring measurable progress against Whole Trip, Lodging, and Families initiatives through strong execution, experimentation, and product leadership.


About the Role


This role is highly execution-focused while requiring strategic product thinking, exceptional stakeholder management, and experience delivering customer-facing experiences across web and mobile platforms.


Responsibilities


  • Product Execution & Delivery
  • Own execution of initiatives across the BEX Whole Trip portfolio.
  • Break down high-level product initiatives into detailed requirements, user stories, UX states, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design (XD), Analytics, and Product teams.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery with engineering pods and design resources.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while proactively managing risks and dependencies.


  • Backlog Management
  • Translate customer insights, Voice of the Traveler (VoT), UX research, and analytics into a prioritized product backlog.
  • Maintain backlog quality and ensure work aligns with Whole Trip, Lodging, and Families objectives.
  • Ensure Jira hygiene across multiple squads.


  • Experimentation & Analytics
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for product initiatives.
  • Design and manage A/B experiments and feature rollouts.
  • Partner closely with Analytics to:
  • Instrument product changes
  • Monitor experiment performance
  • Analyze results across key customer segments (including Families)
  • Iterate product improvements based on experiment outcomes.


  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Coordinate work across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Product stakeholders.
  • Facilitate delivery rituals, dependency management, and issue resolution.
  • Remove blockers while maintaining alignment across multiple teams.
  • Escalate issues appropriately without unnecessary noise.


  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare concise executive-level status updates and progress reports.
  • Clearly communicate:
  • Progress made
  • Upcoming milestones
  • Risks and mitigation plans
  • Trade-offs and recommendations
  • Present delivery updates in time-boxed planning and review sessions.


Qualifications


  • -8+ years of Product Management experience
  • -Senior-level experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives
  • -Proven success delivering customer-facing web and mobile experiences
  • -Experience managing multiple engineering teams simultaneously


Preferred Skills


  • -Experience managing customer-facing digital products in travel, eCommerce, or marketplace environments.
  • -Strong UX-focused Product Management background.

Pay range and compensation package


Pay: $75-$80 per hour
