In this off-shift role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality results.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Monitor and evaluate production flow, operator movement, and equipment layout.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.
  • Lead and participate in Kaizen events.
  • Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, quality, and procurement.
  • Identify and execute CAPEX and cost-out projects.
  • Solve problems with urgency while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.
  • Use engineering tools and software to analyze data and prepare reports.

Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in engineering software and data analysis tools.
