  • Participate in plant safety meetings, audits, and safety improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Shipping teams to coordinate production activities.
  • Support the Maintenance Planner and Area Maintenance Supervisor in scheduling routine maintenance and major equipment repairs.
  • Assist in coordinating operations during plant outages and planned shutdowns.
  • Assist with monitoring manufacturing costs and identifying opportunities for operational cost improvements.
  • Support coordination with the procurement department to maintain appropriate inventories of additives and packaging materials.
  • Help ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
  • Assist in tracking plant and department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including production rates, quality performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Support preparation of operational reports and process performance summaries.
  • Visa Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored visa support now or in the future. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Relocation Assistance: No relocation assistance is offered for this role. Candidates must be able to commute to the work location independently.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field) required.
