As a Process Engineering Leader at Hitachi Energy, you will help shape how our operations perform every day—improving flow, boosting efficiency, and strengthening safety and quality across production environments. This is an opportunity to influence multiple functions, collaborate with thoughtful teams, and translate engineering principles into practical, high‐value outcomes.You will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and other partners to analyze operations, design better processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies. From leading Kaizen events to supporting capital and cost‐out projects, this role offers the space to apply experience, mentor others, and make meaningful change in a complex manufacturing setting.
