Your Key Responsibilities as Manufacturing Engineer:

· Drive projects throughout the value stream

· Work with teams and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement

· Work with other engineers to develop requirements and recommendations for large, complex processes and systems.

Minimum requirements for this Manufacturing Engineer:

· At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles

· Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC experience and machine programming

· Experience with Process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma

· Like being out on the production floor & not behind a desk!

· Proven skills at collaboration, managing time, & excellent communication skills.
