What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Engineering Efforts: Oversee all aspects of engineering for your assigned projects, including process, structural, and mechanical engineering.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project management and design teams to drive projects through design phases and into commissioning.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure timely completion of critical tasks, such as P&IDs, mass balances, equipment specifications, and more.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Process Improvement: Lead special initiatives to refine and enhance engineering processes and standards.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in evaporation, spray drying, or other food equipment technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD), basic 3D (SolidWorks), and Microsoft Excel.
