Job description

Job Title: Continuous Improvement Engineer
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
  • Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste, and implement sustainable solutions
  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem-solving workshops
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering)
  • Analyze production data and KPIs to track performance and improvement opportunities
  • Standardize best practices and ensure process documentation is maintained
  • Support cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement initiatives
  • Train and mentor teams on CI tools and methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing/process improvement environments
  • Expertise in tools like Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, TPM, FMEA
