One our customer is looking for Global Process Analyst, Please go through the requirement and let me know your interest.
Duties: To draft/review operational policies relating to team/department, and apply best practices such as ITSM/ITIL concepts in the policies. To analyze and identify any gaps in operational processes Convene and facilitate governance forums (weekly for operational governance) and (monthly for tactical governance), maintain a consolidated Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) tracker for specific region and provide escalations to Cross-Functional Services Lead as 'early warning indicators' to service delivery. Ensure generation of periodic Service Reports at overall tower level Consultant responsible for portions of a project, leading small teams, performing and reviewing detailed analysis and developing solution recommendations. Provide support to Project team in the area of ITIL process definition and able to work independently.
Lead on the creation, implementation and monitoring of an effective Governance & quality assurance framework.
โ€ข Set standards and processes, within the context of IT service priorities
โ€ข Develop internal controls, best practices initiatives by proactively exploring control deficiencies associated with IT systems and processes
โ€ข Implement the Governance & quality assurance framework
โ€ข Ensure internal controls and process compliance across IT organization through regular audits, following a risk-based approach that balances efforts with risks, risk identification and management / mitigation
โ€ข Ensure all communications are clear, effective and appropriately targeted
โ€ข Responsible for coaching the project team and encouraging compliance to processesAnalyses as-is process of ITIL V3 aligned Service Management (Service management lifecycle) for the SM tower.
โ€ข Provides subject matter expertise to process Owners and process working group members on ITIL V3 and Service management.
โ€ข Gathers requirements on ITIL V3 aligned service management processes.
โ€ข Finalizes process flows and process assets and facilitating process definition
โ€ข Finalizes service management process architecture and process assets.
โ€ข Co-ordinates with team to provide the right inputs for process definitions.
โ€ข Reviews the deliverables provided by the team before they are presented to the process owners and PWG members.
โ€ข Conducts impacts assessment of process managers.
โ€ข Ensure Stakeholder management of process owner/Managers.
โ€ข Escalating issues related to respective project/work stream to the engagement team.
Skills: .6 - 8 Year of overall experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles.
โ€ข 3 - 4 Year of Experience in ITSM practice in managing ITIL processes like Governance, IM, CM, PM Etc.
โ€ข Should have excellent process understanding. Experienced in Process designing, process mapping in at least 2 ITSM Engagements.
โ€ข Should be practitioner in the area, focused on core IT Service Management / ITIL functions.
โ€ข ITIL V3 Expert/ ITIL 2011 Intermediate Certified.
