Job Description

Position Summary:ย 


The Resource Management team is responsible for driving efficient use of internal resources to meet business and client onboarding priorities. This role is for an Analyst on the team who will assist with the following:


Coordinate the intake of new requests and ensure accurate and timely assignment of incoming requests; follow-up with requestors as additional action is needed.

Assist in the management of the shared mailbox for responding to general inquiries and questions.

Utilize in-house tools and systems to evaluate options and make decisions that will result in the greatest overall utilization of our resources.

Provide problem solving expertise and exceptional customer service when confronting inconsistencies/ exceptions to our processes.

Identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive change in our processes.

Develop working relationships with upstream and downstream partners to facilitate rapid decision making and problem solving.

Understand how the unit's processing functions impact other business units, and how its processing systems interface with other data sets.



Qualifications

Requirements:


3+ years of professional experience including prior work as an Analyst / Coordinator / Relationship Manager.

Prior work in the financial services industry is preferred.

Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferredย
