Job Title: Pricing Analyst
Job Description
The Pricing Analyst manages and analyzes all incoming price requests and provides centralized pricing support across the organization. This role delivers timely and accurate pricing analytics to support market, product, and business objectives, while helping to develop strategic pricing proposals that maximize profitability and maintain margins.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze all incoming pricing requests to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent responses.
  • Provide centralized pricing support and ongoing pricing analytics to support overall market, product, and business objectives.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with field sales, senior leadership, leasing partners, and internal departments to gather information needed for strategic pricing proposals.
  • Develop and create pricing proposals and supporting documentation tailored to the needs of specific markets.
  • Provide pricing guidance and support to sales teams to help them develop pricing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Support negotiations and deal structuring by supplying pricing analysis, recommendations, and financial insights.
  • Assist in preparing financial presentations and analysis for senior management and field sales personnel.
  • Ensure all pricing documentation is accurate, complete, and properly presented to maintain data integrity.
  • Calculate proposed ROI and profitability analyses for opportunities, including responses to RFPs.
  • Prepare and present final financial pricing analyses for required internal approvals.
  • Maintain established contracts by processing renewals and managing model additions and deletions.
  • Perform ad hoc pricing-related activities and generate documentation as needed to support evolving business needs.

Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in pricing, bid development, finance, sales, or marketing roles.
  • 1+ year of direct pricing experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, and complex data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and pricing documentation.
  • Effective judgment and decision-making abilities in evaluating pricing options and profitability.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with sales teams and senior management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of industry pricing strategies and market dynamics is a plus.
  • Experience with contract administration and proposal development.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations.
  • Comfort working with complex financial models and ROI calculations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pricing requests and deadlines.

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the option to work from home on Fridays. The position relies heavily on Microsoft Excel and other business systems, such as SAP, to perform pricing analysis and prepare documentation. Work involves regular collaboration with sales teams, senior leadership, leasing partners, and internal departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
