POSITION SUMMARY:
DuBois is seeking an experienced high-performing Pricing Analyst to support profitable growth by developing, analyzing, and maintaining pricing strategies, models, and insights that guide commercial decision-making. Partners closely with sales, commercial leadership, finance, field teams, and implementation partners to evaluate pricing opportunities, respond to customer and Request for Proposals (RFP) requirements, and improve pricing processes. Ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and communication skills and is comfortable translating complex data into clear recommendations using tools such as Excel, Structured Query Language (SQL), and Power BI. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of pricing strategies that align with company objectives, market conditions, and customer value.
  • Manage pricing support for customer proposals, bids, and RFP responses by delivering accurate, timely, and competitive pricing analyses.
  • Build, maintain, and improve pricing models, dashboards, and analytical tools used to evaluate profitability, margin performance, and pricing opportunities.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources to identify pricing trends, customer patterns, and commercial insights.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and margin analysis to support pricing decisions, new business opportunities, and strategic account reviews.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, commercial leadership, field teams, and implementation teams to align pricing recommendations and execution plans.
  • Prepare clear reports, presentations, and data-driven recommendations for stakeholders, translating analytical findings into actionable business decisions.
  • Monitor pricing performance and business outcomes, and recommend adjustments to improve revenue quality, profitability, and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure pricing data integrity and support the maintenance of pricing documentation, governance practices, and process standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, automate reporting, and enhance pricing analysis capabilities.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without accommodations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, sales analytics, commercial excellence, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data identify trends and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and analytical modeling.
  • Experience with SQL and Power BI required; experience with ERP, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or pricing systems is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience building pricing models, margin analyses, business cases, and performance reports.
  • Knowledge of pricing principles, discounting practices, contribution margin analysis, and profitability management.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive commercial information.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline required.
  • Advanced coursework, certifications, or experience in pricing strategy, data analytics, or financial modeling is preferred.
