Pre-Litigation Case Manager
Center City Philadelphia | Full-Time - Hybrid

An established, mid-size Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm in Center City Philadelphia is seeking an experienced, full-time Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with new leads and conduct initial intake conversations
  • Review case files received from referring attorneys
  • Gather and verify information for new matters
  • Enter and maintain accurate case information in the firms case management system
  • Open and manage claims with insurance carriers
  • Request and track police reports, deeds, and insurance documentation
  • Prepare correspondence to insurance carriers, tortfeasors, and medical providers
  • Work directly with clients to answer questions and obtain required paperwork
  • Coordinate with the medical records team to follow up on treatment status and ongoing care
Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
  • Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred
Salary range from $20-25/hr, commensurate with experience
