PERSONAL INJURY CASE MANAGER

Position Overview:
A growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to manage client matters from intake through resolution. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and litigation support staff while maintaining ownership of client communication and case progression throughout both pre-litigation and litigation stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Litigation
· Manage client relationships and provide regular case updates
· Coordinate medical treatment and provider communications
· Collect medical records, bills, wage loss documentation, and other supporting evidence
· Identify and monitor potential liens
· Prepare demand packages and supporting documentation for attorney review
· Track case milestones and proactively move files toward resolution or litigation
· Coordinate with attorneys regarding settlement opportunities and litigation readiness
Litigation
· Continue case management after litigation commences
· Maintain litigation calendars and critical deadlines
· Coordinate discovery-related information and client responses
· Schedule depositions and assist with logistics
· Communicate litigation developments and requirements to clients
· Assist with trial preparation and coordination with attorneys and support staff
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of plaintiff personal injury case management experience, OR equivalent experience in a related field such as insurance claims, medical office management, healthcare advocacy, or similar client-facing case management roles
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail
· Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
· Professional, client-focused approach and strong sense of accountability
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience managing personal injury matters through both pre-litigation and litigation phases
· Familiarity with personal injury case management software and legal technology platforms
· Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
