AspectPre Litigation Case Manager

The Pre Litigation Case Manager primarily handles initial case assessments, gathers documentation, and negotiates early settlements before legal action. They often work in insurance, healthcare, or legal settings, requiring knowledge of claims processes and communication skills. Claims Adjusters, while also evaluating claims, focus more on investigating, assessing damages, and determining claim payouts after an incident. Both roles require similar certifications and work environments, but their focus stages differ. The Pre Litigation Case Manager aims to resolve cases early, reducing litigation costs, whereas Claims Adjusters handle post-incident evaluations.

Job description

Braam Partners Law Firm is a personal injury practice in Doral seeking an experienced, bilingual Pre-Litigation Case Manager to own a caseload from intake through demand and pre-suit resolution.

This is a seat for someone who already knows PI pre-litigation cold. You will be handed a book of active files and expected to run them: keep treatment moving, keep clients informed, build clean files, and drive cases to demand. You will not be trained from zero. If you take pride in a well-managed file and a case that never goes quiet, you will do well here.

What you will own:

- A caseload of approximately 70 pre-litigation personal injury files

- The full pre-suit lifecycle: client intake and onboarding, treatment coordination and monitoring, medical records and billing collection, and building files to demand

- Direct client communication in English and Spanish, keeping clients informed and treatment on schedule

- Coordination with medical providers, adjusters, and referral sources

- Preparation and organization of demand packages for attorney review

- Accurate, current file status and documentation in Filevine

What you bring:

- Three to five years of hands-on pre-litigation personal injury case management

- Fluent bilingual English and Spanish, written and spoken (required; a substantial share of our clients are Spanish-speaking)

- Working command of the PI pre-suit process: treatment, letters of protection, PIP, records and billing, and demand preparation

- Experience with Filevine strongly preferred

- The organization and follow-through to carry roughly 70 active files without letting any stall

Compensation and benefits:

- Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience

- Performance-based incentive structure on top of base

- On-site position in our Doral office

Apply with your resume. Candidates with verifiable Florida PI pre-litigation experience and genuine English/Spanish fluency will be prioritized.
