AspectPre Litigation Case Manager

The Pre Litigation Case Manager primarily handles initial case assessments, gathers documentation, and negotiates early settlements before legal action. They often work in insurance, healthcare, or legal settings, requiring knowledge of claims processes and communication skills. Claims Adjusters, while also evaluating claims, focus more on investigating, assessing damages, and determining claim payouts after an incident. Both roles require similar certifications and work environments, but their focus stages differ.
