Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a Case Manager Assistant who will provide clerical support to Case Management staff and treatment facility administration. Take this opportunity to become a part of the team and apply today!

  • Finalize treatment plans, progress updates, and discharge summaries and arrange for signatures and distribution
  • Update and/or create shells as needed for treatment plans, progress updates, and discharge summaries
  • Schedule medical appointments and arrange transportation to those appointments when needed/as instructed. Have paperwork ready for transport patients and keep appointment calendar updated.
  • Provide support as needed to case managers, to include faxing insurance authorization requests and performing follow-up calls to insurance and/or to participating physicians, as indicated
  • Keep and maintain schedules for all visiting physicians and assure that all forms and other necessary documentation are complete and printed upon their arrival
  • Create weekly staffing schedule to include staffing’s, family conference, patient appointments, staff who will be out, etc.
  • Complete monthly insurance verification for all current treatment patients
  • Assist with the admissions process as needed

  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Type 60 words per minute
  • Intermediate experience with MS Word & Excel
