The Integrator Performance Manager leads a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting Exotec integrators throughout the sales, deployment, and maintenance lifecycle of automated warehouse solutions in the US region. This role ensures Exotec delivers exceptional support to integrators by enhancing their autonomy through comprehensive documentation and training, swiftly managing incidents and non-conformities, and ensuring on-site compliance via audits.
The Manager oversees operations, drives continuous improvement, and ensures integrator satisfaction while aligning with organizational objectives.
What You Will Do
Integrator Advocacy
  • Serve as the primary contact for integrators, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Represent integrator interests in discussions with internal development and product teams.
  • Influence the product roadmap to reflect integrator needs.
  • Balance integrator requirements with internal development constraints and priorities.

Sales Phase
  • Provide technical expertise on logistics and robotics during integrator meetings and pitches.
  • Review and validate technical specifications for client compatibility.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for integrator inquiries related to logistics and robotics.

Deployment Phase
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (logistics, engineering, software, and integrator partners) to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues during deployment.
  • Organize and schedule support for product system deployments as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor teams on new systems and processes.

Maintenance Phase
  • Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex operational and maintenance issues.
  • Organize and schedule support for product system maintenance as needed.

Team Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members in logistics, robotics, and integrator support.
  • Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture focused on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and resources for team operations and project execution.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges.

Requirements
• Experience in logistics, robotics, or warehouse automation, ideally with exposure to system deployment or maintenance environments.
• Approximately 5-7 years of professional experience (or equivalent) in logistics, automation, or project-based roles such as deployment or maintenance management.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required; French is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and contribute to project success.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in diverse and multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Experience with project management practices, tools, and performance monitoring (KPIs).
• Educational background in Engineering, Logistics, Robotics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
