Responsible for rendering professional administrative and clinical care within the medical practice in support of and as directed by the Physicians (2), PAs (2), Audiologists (2), and Practice Administrator. Successful candidate will cross train to support both office front end and clinical.
Excellent role for gap year and college students reaching completion of medical related programs to gain hands on medical practice clinical and administrative experience. - Hiring Full-time and Part-time role(s), available late June and mid-July
- Experience with multi-line business phones systems (Ai and call center)
- Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems (Athena Health)
- Possesses the tact to deal effectively with patients, physicians and other employees in the practice.
- Effective communicator in person, by phone, and through electronic correspondence.
- Ability to multi-task in busy environment and cross-train on other office roles
- Flexibility to work at more then one location (Lansdowne (Leesburg)  and Potomac Falls (Sterling Cascades)
