Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of Point of Sale (POS) materials, ensuring accuracy and supporting the Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams as needed

  • Coordinate placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs and enclose 'packing slip' alerting them to impending delivery

  • Receive and process manual invoices and follow up with vendors on discrepancies and outstanding invoices

  • Monitor on-hand inventory levels and ensure minimum levels of generic POS are maintained while producing a weekly inventory report

  • Maintain POS workstation

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
