A well-established specialty retail brand in the Disney Springs area is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing sales team, and create an exceptional guest experience.

As a locally owned, family-operated business, we take pride in delivering outstanding service while offering a premium specialty chocolate product that delights guests from around the world. Our ownership team remains actively involved in the business and values collaboration, hands-on leadership, and a strong team culture.

This role is ideal for a retail leader who enjoys coaching others, driving sales performance, and creating an engaging environment where both employees and guests feel welcomed. You'll oversee a close-knit team of approximately 5 to 6 full-time team members while serving as the primary leader for the store's day-to-day operations.

Thousands of guests visit our location each month, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting and enjoys building memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment
  • Comfortable using POS systems and handling daily cash management
  • Experience with employee onboarding, coaching, and performance development
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

  • Lead all aspects of daily store operations
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities
  • Drive performance by monitoring key metrics and achieving sales goals
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and maintain high operational standards
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment with the production team
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace culture
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Disney Springs leadership and cast members
  • Communicate regularly with ownership regarding store performance, staffing, and operational needs
  • Ensure the store consistently reflects the company's high standards for presentation, service, and guest satisfaction
