Thousands of guests visit our location each month, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting and enjoys building memorable customer experiences.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation with daily, monthly, and annual performance bonuses
  • Three weeks of paid time off for full-time employees
  • Employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Employee product perks
  • Opportunity to lead a successful and growing retail location

Weekend and holiday availability is required, as these are our busiest business periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment
  • Comfortable using POS systems and handling daily cash management
  • Experience with employee onboarding, coaching, and performance development
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities
  • Drive performance by monitoring key metrics and achieving sales goals
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and maintain high operational standards
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment with the production team
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace culture
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Disney Springs leadership and cast members
  • Communicate regularly with ownership regarding store performance, staffing, and operational needs
  • Ensure the store consistently reflects the company's high standards for presentation, service, and guest satisfaction
