Position Overview

Bartenders at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill are central to the guest experience. This role combines technical skill, speed, and genuine hospitality to deliver consistently excellent beverages while engaging guests in a lively, polished setting. Ideal candidates are confident behind the bar, attentive to detail, and energized by volume without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging service to all guests

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and preparation methods

  • Execute cocktails efficiently and accurately in a high-volume environment

  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area

  • Handle cash, credit cards, and POS transactions accurately

  • Assist with bar prep, restocking, and inventory as needed

  • Communicate effectively with servers, management, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
