Job Summary
Reporting to the Finance Director responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Finance and Accounting function including managing general accounting, P&L and balance sheet activities, financial analysis, financial reporting, interact with internal and external partners and stakeholders to support the Finance and Accounting activities.
Job Description
  • - Manage day-to-day activities related to general accounting, P&L and balance sheet, AP and AR
  • -? Gross-To-Net deductions, including chargebacks, admin fees and rebates calculations etc.
  • -? Prepare various sales reports for submission to external parties.
  • -? Prepare journal entries and adjustments for period-end closing, including inventory accounting, lease accounting.
  • -? Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
  • -? Analyze accounts partner with Sales team and others.
  • -? Identify opportunities for process improvements, plan and execute improvement projects.
  • -? Support internal controls, compliance and external audits.
  • -? Assist in any system changes, internal control programs.
  • -? Assist in ad hoc initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience in finance and accounting
  • Understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Experience in Gross to Net preferred
  • Experience in SOX, audits, financial/accounting systems including SAP
  • 4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
  • High Attention to details, accuracy essential and diligent personality Understanding in Accounting and Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Relevant Certification
  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • 5. EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or equivalence.
