Job description

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is currently interviewing full-time Assistant Managers for our soon-to-open quick-service location at 4901 Point Fosdick Drive in Gig Harbor (in the Point Fosdick Square shopping center). The pay for these positions will include an hourly wage between $25 and $28 and a potential monthly bonus based on the restaurant's performance.
Our Assistants will work with the General Manager and the rest of the management team to oversee operations, hire and train staff, maintain Ivar's standards, and ensure unit profitability.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and must have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and flexible availability. For those who perform well and demonstrate a desire to take on additional responsibility, this opportunity could result in a pay raise and promotion to General Manager.
For the manager hired, Ivar's premium benefits package includes:
