As an Account Executive at Sonny's, you are the "tip of the spear" for our digital transformation. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities for our industry-leading technology suite: Sonny's POS Controls and the Quivio Platform. You aren't just selling software; you are selling the "Brain of the Car Wash" and POS hardware that helps to grow and manage valuable memberships. You will engage with both "Greenfield" investors and existing "Legacy" operators, helping them understand how data-driven decisions and ultra-fast POS systems drive ROI and enterprise value.

Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn engagement to generate qualified leads for the Technology Account Executives. Inbound Qualification: Rapidly respond to and qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and the Sonny's website. Consultative Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the prospect's pain points (e.g., slow lane speed, lack of data visibility, security concerns) and map them to the technology solutions CRM Mastery: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce , ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting of the technology pipeline. Quotation and Sales Management: Collaborate with the field sales team to build quotations and manage the sales process for projects. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Equipment Sales team and "Sonny's University" to identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. Market Intelligence: Act as a feedback loop for the product team by capturing competitive intel and common objections from the field.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales (SaaS or POS hardware experience is a significant plus). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, value-based manner. Grit & Resilience: A high-energy, "hunter" mentality with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional attitude. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), prospecting tools (Salesloft/Outreach), and the ability to quickly master the Quivio/POS interface.
