✅ Requirements

  • Active RN License
  • Minimum 1+ year of Behavioral Health experience
  • BLS Certification (Required)
  • CPI & First Aid (can be obtained during orientation)
  • Strong experience with:
    • Medication administration
    • Crisis intervention & emergency care
    • Seclusion/restraint protocols
    • Therapeutic communication & psychoeducation

Charge experience preferred but not required
