Employee Health Registered Nurse (RN) Position Summary
The Employee Health Registered Nurse (RN) plans, coordinates, motivates and implements regulatory and non-regulatory occupational health, population health and wellness programs for employees, physicians, volunteers and contractors. Interventions are targeted and focused toward optimal employee ability/health status through management of preventive, restorative and maintenance programming which ensures regulatory compliance and work assignment compatible with ability. Focused on Workers compensation/personal disability/ population health management, aimed at restoration/reduction of health cost as a priority.
Employee Health Registered Nurse (RN) Position Requirements
Education:
  • Associate's degree (ADN) in nursing is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Licensure:
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of residence.

Experience
Experience:
  • Three (3) to five (5) years experience in clinical/patient care environment.
  • Experience utilizing Epic EHR software is required.
  • 1-3 years experience in Occupational Health preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and Maryland Workers' Compensation laws.
  • Physical assessment and case management skills.
  • Experience with computers and Windows-based applications.

Employee Health Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule
  • Primarily Monday through Friday

Employee Health Registered Nurse (RN) Benefits
  • At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
