Purpose


Execute installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial pool equipment while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue contribution, and adherence to company standards.


Key Contributions


Install, diagnose, and repair pool equipment including heaters, pumps, filters, plumbing systems, and electrical components.

Deliver high-quality workmanship to minimize rework, warranty costs, and quality control expenses.

Interact with customers to provide service recommendations, education, and solutions to pool system issues.

Contribute to team revenue goals by identifying service opportunities and supporting sales targets.

Collaborate with Service Manager and team to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

Execute all work in accordance with safety standards, including electrical, chemical, and equipment handling protocols.

Support team performance by contributing to overall service KPIs and operational goals..
