Key Contributions

  • Install, diagnose, and repair pool equipment including heaters, pumps, filters, plumbing systems, and electrical components.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship to minimize rework, warranty costs, and quality control expenses.
  • Interact with customers to provide service recommendations, education, and solutions to pool system issues.
  • Contribute to team revenue goals by identifying service opportunities and supporting sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Service Manager and team to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
  • Execute all work in accordance with safety standards, including electrical, chemical, and equipment handling protocols.
