Job Description

We are seeking to build our west coast sales operations and are looking for a bright, highly motivated Sales Lead to help execute on our existing pipeline and create new business. The Sales Lead will work closely with MedPut's founders to develop and implement sales strategy. Experience in employee benefits sales or consulting is required.

Qualifications

- 3+ years working as a sales manager at an employee benefits consultant or vendor

- Robust knowledge of employee benefit and insurance products

- Proven track record of sales success

- Startup experience preferred

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Superb communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to travel
