Job description

Work with other team members building swimming pools, concrete work, retaining walls, water features and outdoor living spaces . There is plenty of room to grow in a fast growing small business. Future leadership positions will be avaliable for long term employees. Strong construction skills needed. We are willing to teach additional trade skills. Previous swimming pool experience is a plus, but not required. Historical concrete finishing skills are preferred. Must have own transportation and be willing to take D.O.T physical to drive certain company vehicles. May be asked to get Class A CDL (no air brakes) drivers license if needed. Drug testing and background checks are required.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Work with other team members to build custom inground pools, hardscapes and major pool repairs. This includes excavation and construction of the pools, building concrete retaining walls, forming and pouring concrete, waterfalls and other various forms of hardscapes and fence installation.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills (we do not expect you to have all listed below but the more the better)

  • Previous swimming pool building experience will be helpful.
  • Concrete forming and concrete finishing skills.

  • Wall building and masonry
  • Plumbing
  • Organizational skills
  • MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE AND TRANSPERTATION TO AND FROM WORK.
