Job description

We partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations to navigate complexity, accelerate project timelines, and maintain a strong state of compliance and audit readiness.

We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethical standards as an Automation Program Delivery Manager supporting a large scale capital program. This is an onsite opportunity located in Lebanon, IN.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Oversight of health of all projects within a program
    • Support project wide communications
  • Interface to the Global Facilities Delivery program leadership
  • Manage and engage the automation PMO project controls team to accomplish the following:
    • Completion comprehensive automation project budget, cost and forecast tracking and reporting
  • Generation of monthly reports to stakeholders
  • Management of a centralized issue tracking system and metrics dashboard
  • Develop and maintain project automation schedule management
  • Develop and maintain project reports and KPIs
  • Manage automation platform projects e.g. DeltaV Hardware, PAT etc.
  • Member of the program automation leadership team

Qualifications:

  • BS Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years working Automation experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferable in API/bulk manufacturing)
  • Previous Drug Substance Pharmaceutical large project experience
  • Experience in supporting large (>$10M) automation projects
  • Ability to develop and generate budgets and reports (incl./ KPIs)
  • Proficiency in commonly used project management tools (scheduling P6/MS Project), metrics, risk management)
  • Formal Project Management credentials
  • Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid networking and interpersonal skills
