Hybrid Fort Wayne, IN | ERP Project Manager | Contract
We are actively recruiting an ERP Project Manager for our client in Fort Wayne, IN or Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. This is a contract opportunity that will require onsite presence at least 1 day per week in the respective city. This is an excellent opportunity for a project leader to drive large-scale ERP transformation initiatives in a highly collaborative environment. Must have strong experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, including SAP programs.
Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Position Summary
The ERP Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise resource planning initiatives. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning technical solutions with business objectives. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to drive execution across complex, cross-functional programs.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Program Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and stabilization phases
  • Coordinate across business, IT, and third-party partners to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Oversee key lifecycle activities including workshops, design validation, testing, and deployment readiness
Project Planning and Coordination
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution
Stakeholder Management

Requirements
Must Have
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP implementation projects
  • Experience managing complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycles and implementation methodologies
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps)
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and resources
