Job Description Epicor Kinetic ERP Analyst Location: Hybrid - Fort Wayne, IN Pay: $58/hr Contract Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an Epicor Kinetic ERP Analyst to join their team in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the company's Epicor ERP system. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a subject matter expert for the Epicor ERP system across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and quality modules Design, implement, and support ERP workflows, customizations, and integrations to enhance operational efficiency Lead or support Epicor upgrade projects, module rollouts, and ongoing system optimizations and customizations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide training, and support change management initiatives Ensure ERP configuration supports compliance with defense industry standards Develop and maintain technical documentation, system procedures, and training materials Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues, liaising with Epicor support as needed Support data migration, cleansing, and integrity initiatives for reporting and analytics Coordinate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure data security and access controls REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP, and a solid understanding of SQL and relational databases Strong skills in Epicor tools Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise between technical and business stakeholders PREFERRED SKILLS: Bachelor's degree Knowledge of integration with third-party systems Experience working in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated manufacturing environments Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements Epicor certifications or vendor-recognized ERP credentials, or equivalent experience Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing operations TERMS: This is a contract opportunity with a wage up to $58/hr based on experience.
