Project Manager โ€“ Commercial Construction

๐Ÿ“Carmel, IN


This is a Commercial Construction Project Manager roleโ€”not an IT Project Manager. We're looking for someone with experience managing ground-up commercial projects for a General Contractor from preconstruction through closeout.


You'll join a well-established contractor known for tackling complex commercial projects while maintaining a collaborative, family-oriented culture where people build long-term careers.


What You'll Do

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, buyout, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Lead owner meetings and coordinate with field teams throughout construction
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to keep projects on schedule and on budget
  • Play an active role in project executionโ€”not just paperwork


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience with ground-up commercial construction
  • Comfortable managing estimating, buyout, and field coordination
  • Self-perform construction experience is a plus
  • Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
