Position Overview

Vive Exterior Design is hiring a Landscape Project Manager to lead the execution of residential outdoor construction projects from pre-construction planning through final delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

This position works closely with site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and daily field operations
  • Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment across multiple active projects
  • Transition approved designs into construction with clear scopes and schedules
  • Monitor job progress and adjust plans to maintain timelines and cost targets
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards, safety practices, and organization
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
  • Address and resolve project issues, delays, or customer concerns
  • Complete final walkthroughs and oversee punch list completion
  • Maintain accurate project records, including scheduling, job costing, and payroll inputs
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in landscaping, construction, or related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination
  • Experience working with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Proficiency with project management or job costing software is preferred
