Job Title: PMO Analyst
Job Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)Job Summary

We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support program governance, delivery coordination, reporting, and requirements tracking across multiple teams and markets. The role will work closely with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and PMO teams to ensure Jira, Confluence, JPD, and Monday.com remain aligned and updated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding and kickoff activities for new markets
  • Manage requirements intake and tracking in Jira, JPD, Confluence, and Monday.com
  • Maintain status reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials
  • Track dependencies, risks, and action items across teams
  • Support PI Planning and delivery governance activities
  • Ensure Jira tickets, plans, and documentation are properly maintained
Required Skills
  • Experience in PMO, Program Support, or Delivery Operations
  • Hands-on experience with:
