This role will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of program performance data while assisting leadership with visibility into cost, schedule, and operational performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong PMO, reporting, and data analysis experience supporting government programs and executive stakeholders. Responsibilities * Collect, validate, and compile performance data from multiple program teams.
* Maintain performance tracking tools, repositories, and reporting databases.
* Develop recurring program status reports and management briefings.
* Support development and maintenance of executive dashboards and performance scorecards.
* Monitor program metrics and analyze trends across cost, schedule, and operational performance areas.
* Support variance analysis and identify performance risks and issues.
* Coordinate with functional and technical teams to gather accurate and timely reporting inputs.
* Ensure data integrity and consistency across performance management tools.
* Assist leadership in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.
* Support process improvement initiatives related to program reporting and performance measurement. Qualifications * Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Program Management, or related field.
* Four (4) or more years of PMO, program analysis, or performance management experience supporting government contracts.
* Experience developing and maintaining program status reports and performance metrics.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience supporting government program management and reporting activities.Preferred Qualifications * Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) experience.
* Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
* Knowledge of performance metrics development and dashboard reporting.
