What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with team goals.
  • Manage job postings and optimize visibility across platforms and networks.
  • Conduct engaging initial interviews and coordinate seamless interview experiences.
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate journey.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to support smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategy and report to leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and ethical hiring practices.
