Job description

We are looking for a Talent Relations Specialist for a top media & entertainment company out of their Burbank, CA offices! Seeking a Specialist to provide support to the Talent Relations team. Responsibilities include guest list management, gifting execution, creating itineraries for talent at events and maintaining general talent databases, and coordinating of all social publicity and assets.
  • Pay: $28.00-$32.00/hr based on experience
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and work events and festivals (Upfronts, TCA, Comic Con, FYC Screenings, ATX, etc.)
  • Assist in coordinating the day-to-day Talent Relations duties, including gift research, and creating and maintaining gifting grids for the department.
  • Create detailed itineraries for talent at publicity events and work closely with the travel supervisor to ensure all travel documents are up to date and shared with the publicity team.
  • Coordinate all social assets for publicity and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing shoots.
  • Travel for local publicity events as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Four-year college degree required, preferably in communications or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in talent relations, events, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and superior interpersonal skills.
  • Must be professional, adaptable, and dependable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with SharePoint preferred.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Available to work occasional nights and weekends as needed to assist with events.
  • Looking for someone who has experience in entertainment industry. Experience coordinating events and festivals preferred.
