Your Role at Sephora
Ready for a career glow up? As Assistant Manager, Brand Media, you'll be responsible for executing media plans that support Sephora's upper-funnel brand and loyalty marketing objectives. The work you do will impact beauty, as you bring best-in-class media campaigns to life across paid social, video, custom content, high-impact media, and creator partnerships. You'll be part of a collaborative team that's united in beauty, supported by partners who are equally passionate about delivering innovative marketing experiences and meaningful business impact.
What You'll Do
  • Execute media campaigns across multiple paid media channels, including social, video, high-impact placements, custom content, and influencer/creator partnerships.
  • Manage campaign execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Own campaign billing, accruals, invoice tracking, and reconciliation to support accurate budget pacing and financial reporting.
  • Maintain budget trackers and ensure all campaign spend is accurately reflected in internal systems.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive seamless campaign execution.
  • Coordinate creative asset handoffs and ensure all deliverables are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Provide regular project updates and proactively communicate timeline changes, risks, and blockers.
  • Support campaign performance analysis and contribute to post-campaign reporting and key learnings.
  • Collaborate with Brand Seasonal, Social, and agency partners to develop impactful media activations.
  • Drive operational excellence through strong organization, attention to detail, and effective project management.

What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital media planning and execution within a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of video, paid social, audio, and display media channels, along with a passion for marketing.
  • Experience managing budgets, invoice reconciliation, and coordination with external partners.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a bias for action.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

What You'll Get:
The annual base salary range for this position is $89,335.00 - $99,845.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
