Brand Marketing Coordinator T3 Micro | Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid) About T3T3 Micro is a prestige hair tools brand known for innovation, elevated design, and a loyal, passionate community. Born right here in Los Angeles. We're a small, fast-moving team building toward our next chapter of growth, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.


About the RoleThe Brand Marketing Coordinator supports the Brand & Campaign Marketing team across influencer marketing, social content, brand events, and retail/ecommerce execution. This role is built for someone who wants broad, hands-on exposure to how a prestige beauty brand runs. You'll work closely with the Sr. Manager, helping keep campaigns and product launches organized and on track, with visibility into creator partnerships, brand events, and retail moments along the way.


What You'll Do●       Support influencer and creator marketing for new product launches — helping source on-brand talent, coordinating outreach, tracking deliverables, sending PR boxes, and coordinating samples●       Help keep the go-to-market process organized across launches — tracking timelines, deliverables, and touchpoints, and flagging anything that needs attention●       Coordinate gifting and shipping/warehouse logistics for creator sends, press mailers, and event materials●       Maintain campaign and social trackers, pulling basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, UGC volume) for team reporting●       Support social media — spotting trends, contributing content ideas, and providing occasional weekend/evening coverage●       Assist with brand events and campaign launches — logistics, vendor coordination, on-site support●       Help with retail and ecommerce needs — asset uploads, listing updates, occasional store visits to Ulta/Sephora locations●       Provide general team support — organizing shared docs and trackers, coordinating with vendors, and pitching in wherever the team needs it


Who You Are:●       Based in Los Angeles with reliable transportation ●       1-2 years of relevant experience (internship, coursework, or early full-time role in marketing/communications) preferred●       Comfortable communicating with external creators and vendors●       Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of social platforms and trends across Instagram and TikTok●       Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple trackers and deadlines●       Proactive and resourceful — comfortable asking questions and flagging issues early●       Passionate about beauty, branding, and building a career in marketing●       Comfortably wearing a lot of hats in a fast-paced, small-team environment


Physical Requirements: This role includes light physical activity such as packing/unpacking and moving boxes (e.g., samples, gifting mailers, event materials).


Other Information:

Schedule: Full-time, non-exempt — in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Monday and Friday; some evening/weekend availability for social coverage and event support

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Brand & Campaign Marketing
